The appellant, Curtis Bright, was indicted by the Grand Jury of Jackson County, Mississippi, on a charge of the sale of a controlled substance, marijuana. He was convicted and sentenced to serve a term of eight (8) years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary. He has appealed to this Court, and now contends that the trial court committed reversible error:(1) In having failed to sustain defendant's motion to quash the jury;(2) In failing to furnish an expert chemist to examine the substance possessed and alleged to be contraband; and(3) In failing to require the state to divulge to the…
