The appellants, Charles R. Lucy and Marie Lucy, husband and wife, filed in the circuit court of DeKalb County, in equity, a bill of complaint against Mary Hall, Lena Hall, Ruth Hall Laws, and G. H. Noles, as sheriff of DeKalb County, seeking the following relief: (1) A decree setting aside and annulling a judgment nil elicit rendered by the circuit court of DeKalb County against Charles R.
