The plaintiff, Lee Dell Walker, appeals from the order of the district court granting defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment.

This action for damages had it genesis in plaintiff-appellant’s 1954 conviction for the first degree murder of grocery store owner John Drousitious. At trial, Walker’s con fession was introduced into evidence.
