This matter comes before the court on the motion of The Brooklyn Hospital Cen ter (“TBHC”) and Caledonian Health Center, Inc. (“CHC”) (collectively, the “debtors”), the debtors and debtors-in-possession, for an order pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 363(b), approving and authorizing the implementation of a Key Employee Retention Plan (“KERP”).
