Motion (sequence No. 1) by plaintiffs for an order pursuant to CPLR 3212 granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiffs (a) declaring plaintiffs’ ownership in fee simple by adverse possession in the real property that is the subject of this action, (b) barring defendants under articles 5 and 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law from claiming any right, title or interest in the subject real property, and (c) dismissing defendants’ affirmative defenses and the counterclaim of defendants Gary and Joann Van Wicklen is granted.
