This case involves the interpretation of ORS 656.850, a statute that governs the responsibility of worker leasing companies (WLCs) to provide workers’ compensation insurance coverage for the WLCs’ leased workers and the other subject workers of the WLCs’ clients. SAIF Corporation (SAIF) and Employment Source, Inc.
