MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT

Kenneth R. Campbell and Joseph J. Metten appeal as a matter of right 1 from a circuit court judgment. Campbell, Metten, and two other co-defendants were tried jointly. Because their cases involve common issues and stem from the same investigation, we elect to issue a joint opinion resolving both of their cases.
