WELBORN, Commissioner.
Appeal from judgment and two sentences of life imprisonment entered on jury verdict finding Roger Lee Williams guilty of murder in the first degree and robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon.
Francis Kline was the operator of a Shell service station located at 3237 South Grand in the City of St. Louis. At around 4:35 P.M., March 28, 1972, Robert Midyett, who worked at the station, arrived for work. He did not see Mr. Kline. A customer was waiting in an auto for service.
