David J. Brunette appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the Superior Court (York County) convicting him of Gross Sexual Misconduct, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253 (1983), Unlawful Sexual Contact, 17-A, M.R.S.A. § 255 (1983), and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 17-A, M.R.S.A. § 554 (1983). 1 On appeal, the defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain his convictions and the admissibility of certain statements and documents relating, inter alia, to the victim’s date of birth.
