On the hearing of this cause, the court below made an order whereby it was adjudged and decreed that defendant pay to plaintiff, on or before the 11th day of January, 1875, the amount *455of damages adjudged to Mm at the April term, 1873, on account of certain condemnation proceedings, instituted by defendant, for a right of way over plaintiff’s land.
