This is is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant, and against the plaintiff, for the sum of $110.95 costs, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff, and against the defendant, for the sum of six cents damages. The action is brought upon a warranty contained in a bill of sale of a horse. The case was properly submitted to the jury by the learned trial judge, in a charge to which no exception was taken, and the jury brought in a verdict for nominal damages.
