OPINION

KIRSCH, Chief Judge.

Larry Benford, Sr., appeals the trial court's denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. He raises one issue for review, which we restate as whether Ben-ford was entitled to immediate release because he was not given a timely parole revocation hearing under IC 11-13-3-10.

We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
