concurring in part and dissenting in part.

4 55 I concur with the portion of the majority opinion that affirms the termination of mother's parental rights. However, I dissent from the portion of the opinion that remands for further proceedings as to father.

T 56 The majority finds that the premature dismissal of father's counsel during the termination of parental rights hearing constitutes reversible error per se. Although I agree that the trial court committed error by dismissing counsel before the conclusion of the hearing, I would not apply a bright line reversible error per se…
