Onee again, we are called upon to examine a party's potential liability for remedial "clean-up" costs under the Indiana Underground Storage Tank Act 1 (the Act). In this instance, the Lovold Company (Lo-vold) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Galyan's Brownsburg, Inc., (GBI), Galyan's Family Market, Inc. (Family Market) (collectively, Galyan's) and P & P Realty, Inc. (P & P).
