CROW, Chief Judge.
Rory D. Nitcher (“plaintiff”) filed suit, pro se, naming “Newton County Jail” and “Sheriff John Doe” as defendants. The trial court ordered the action dismissed “by reason of expiration of the three-year statute of limitations.” Plaintiff appeals.
