People v. Hanson

Four defendants, Robert Hanson, Ronald Beavers, Bobby Tracy, and Frank Yager, were convicted of various felony offenses charged pursuant to the Illinois Environmental Protection Act (the Act) (415 ILCS 5/1 et seq. (West 1992)). Three defendants, Hanson, Tracy, and Yager, appeal. Defendant Ronald Beavers has filed no notice of appeal and is not involved in this appeal.
