This was an action of replevin, brought by plaintiff in error (plaintiff below) to recover the possession of six head of cattle. On the trial in the district court verdict and judgment were for defendant, and the plaintiff brings the case here for review. Four errors are alleged, two only of which do we deem it necessary to consider. The first arises on the ruling of the court in respect to the admission of the testimony.
