The sole issue raised by this appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing this action for a declaratory judgment on the ground of forum non conveniens.

The plaintiff in this action, Sears Roebuck & Company, was sued in the district court for Polk County, Iowa, by OrviUe Lee HiH, administrator of the estates of Thelma Louise HHl and Connie Christine HiH.
