The first question to be determined in this case is, what matters are now, in view of the decision of this Court on the former appeals between the same parties, open for consideration ?

Those appeals were from an order of the Orphans’ Court, of the 26th of September, 1866, dii’ecting the executors of Donaldson to pay over to Catharine M. Raborg, as administratrix, d. b. n., of Christopher Raborg, “ the principal sum without interest” of $4228.76.
