The indictment filed by the United States attorney charged that on or about the 23d day of February, 1912, the defendant, within the Southern Division of the Western District of Washington, while he was a bankrupt under the Bankruptcy Act, did willfully, knowingly, .fraudulently, and unlawfully conceal and cause to be concealed from one J. M.
