YOUNG, Justice.
This is an appeal by Shane Grant, plaintiff, from a summary judgment rendered in favor of Friendly Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc. and Chrysler Credit Corporation, defendants, regarding a claim filed alleging violations of the Texas Consumer Credit Code, Article 5069-2.01 et seq., Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat. Ann. (Supp.1978) [hereinafter “Credit Code”]. All parties agree that no genuine issue of fact exists.
