McCAIN, Justice.

The instant case comes to us on petition for certiorari to review a decision of the District Court of Appeal, First District, entered on July 25, 1972, and reported at 265 So.2d 396. No petition for rehearing directed to that opinion was filed by petitioners. However, petitioners did move to have the opinion certified to this Court as passing upon a question of great public interest. That motion was never acted on by the District Court.
