This cause has been pending in the courts for a period of more than ten years. This is its third appearance here.

The litigation revolves around $20,000 par value County of Sumter school warrants issued by the Board of Public Instruction of said County on September 1, 1923, pursuant to Chapter 6654, Special Acts of 1913. In the first appearance of this case here, Wright v.
