OPINION OF THE COURT

KALODNER, Circuit Judge.

The District Court entered an Order1 enforcing a subpoena2 of the National *495Labor Relations Board (“Board”), directing the appellant Delaware Valley Armaments, Inc. (“DVA”) to furnish a list of the names and addresses of its employees eligible to vote in a representation election ordered by the Board, and this appeal followed.
