STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Jengis Yoldash appeals from the denial of his claim for unemployment compensation benefits by the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division (Review Board). 1 We affirm.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

The Review Board found, and the evidence reveals, that on April 23, 1981, a valve stem on a sluice gate to one of Hammond Water Works’ mixing basins was bent and damaged.
