Plaintiff, Kathy Jeschke, brought an action seeking to recover damages allegedly sustained as a result of a collision with an automobile owned and operated by defendants, Billy J. and Sarah Ruhlow, and allegedly occasioned by defendants’ negligence. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss contending that the action was not timely filed. Plaintiff thereafter filed a motion for partial summary judgment seeking a finding that section 21 of the Limitations Act (Ill. Rev.
