A jury found Vincent Martinez Harris guilty of the malice murders of Tina Green-Hall and her six-year-old son, Jeremy Green- Hall.1 On appeal, Harris contends that the trial court abused its discretion by admitting certain evidence and committed plain error by failing to give the jury a limiting instruction regarding that evidence.
