We think the complaint states a good equitable cause of action for the foreclosure of the pledge of the shares of stock mentioned in the complaint, and sale of the same, and the application of the proceeds thereof to the payment of the note for which it was pledged as security, although the allegations of the title or interest of the plaintiff’s assignor in the stock are somewhat imperfect and uncertain.
