Bulah Johnson filed this suit for damages arising out of an automobile accident occurring in the City of Baton Rouge, on May 17, 1960. The car in which plaintiff was a guest passenger was rammed from the rear by an automobile owned by defendant, Ann de Frances, driven with her permission by defendant Albert de Frances, and insured by defendant, State Farm Mutual Insurance Company.
