Adrian Maneke sustained an injury arising out of his employment, resulting in his death on June 26, 1947. His employer, one of the appellants herein, was insured against liability for compensation benefits payable under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq., hereinafter called the Act, by Industrial Indemnity Exchange, also an appellant herein.
