Before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion to remand this cause of action to the Circuit Court for the Third Judicial Circuit, Madison County, Illinois.

BACKGROUND

On May 30, 1997, plaintiffs, fourteen named multi-employer health and welfare funds, filed suit, on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, in the Circuit Court for the Third Judicial Circuit, Madison County, Illinois.
