This is a petition for an absolute divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty. It was heard before a superior court justice who rendered a decision denying and dismissing the petition. The case is before us on the petitioner’s sole exception to the decision.

It appears from the evidence that the parties were married May 17, 1954 and are the parents of one child. They lived together as man and wife until October 1956 and finally separated in May 1957.
