¶ 1 Petitioners D & P Tank Trucks, Inc., and its insurer (hereafter collectively referred to as Employer) seek review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Court, which found that Claimant Chad Rogers sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment and awarded benefits. The Trial Court entered this order, on remand from a Workers’ Compensation Court three-judge panel, after the panel vacated the Trial Court’s previous order denying compensability of the claim.
