DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.
— This is a murder conviction with the death penalty assessed.
In brief, the evidence discloses that the deceased with his wife, the latter being the main State’s witness in the case, had returned from Reynosa, a little village on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande, into Texas and that appellant and Domingo Gonzales, while they were traveling along the road, made an attack on her husband with a club and killed him, crushing his skull.
