The plaintiff has appeared pro se in this proceeding and is the author of the amended complaint. In view of these facts the court will endeavor to construe the pleading and the plaintiff’s contentions without regard for technicalities. The plaintiff, a Parsee Zoroastrian by birth, is a naturalized American citizen and a resident of the State of New Jersey.
