ROSE, District Judge.
At the time of the filing of the petition in this case the bankrupt was in possession of certain vessels. Of some of them he was the sole owner. In others, there were co-owners. More than four months before the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, *456he had mortgaged his interest in all these vessels to the Second National Bank of Baltimore to secure an indebtedness of ,$14,000.
