A motion to dismiss this appeal has been filed upon the ground that the cost of printing the transcript of the record was not paid by the appellant or its counsel within ten days from the receipt of the notice from the clerk of this Court, stating the amount of the cost of printing the same, and that the time for the said payment was not extended by agreement of counsel nor by order of this Court, as provided by Rule 3d of this Court.
