¶ 1. Robert K. Milner; his wife, Patricia K. Milner; and Wachovia Bank, N.A., as successor in interest to First Union National Bank, filed suit against Rebuild America, Inc., to set aside a tax sale and subsequent deed to property owned by the Milners in Pearl River County, Mississippi. The chancellor set aside the tax sale because the statutory requirements for notice to the owners and lien holders were not met.
