This is a motion to remand.

On August 6, 1957, plaintiffs commenced an action in Supreme Court, New York County, setting forth two claims, one for severance pay alleged to be due, and the other for vacation pay. The *518number of plaintiffs specifically named in the action was 1,219, a few of these being named in the caption and the remainder being incorporated therein by reference to two Schedules (“A” and “B”) attached to the complaint.
