Defendant Robert Amrine appeals from a judgment in a personal injury action arising out of an automobile accident. We affirm.

Plaintiff Mark B. Murray was injured in a 1-car accident while a passenger in an automobile driven by defendant. The accident occurred at approximately 8 p.m. on May 23, 1975, along a curved section of Highway 505 about 1/4 mile east of Toledo. At the time of the accident, darkness was falling and the roadway was wet and slippery.
