Edward Brinton, in his lifetime, was seized of a tract of land in Birmingham township, Chester county, lying on the south side of the Kennett road, on which he resided, containing by estimation eighty acres; he died leaving one son, the defendant, and eight daughters, of whom the wife of the lessor of the plaintiff is one. Six of the other daughters, with their husbands, have conveyed their shares to him, so that he is invested with the title to seven-ninth parts of this land, if Edward Brinton had not disposed of it in his lifetime by his will duly executed, so as to pass…
