This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing appellant’s suit on an exception of no cause of action. The issues in the case are the same that were decided to-day in the case of William Harry Talbot v. Louisi ana Highway Commission et al. (No. 27304) ante, p. 909, 106 So. 377. For the reasons given in that case
The judgment is affirmed.
