Kirberg v. Missouri State Life Ins. Co.

This suit was instituted by the appellee R. G. Worrell against Mrs. C. W. Kirberg (née Mrs. R. G. Worrell) and the Missouri State Life Insurance Company and the Penn Mutual .Life Insurance Company of Philadelphia. It was alleged that some fifteen years prior to the filing of the suit, R. G.
