This is an appeal by Thomas Merle Curry from an order of the Court of Common Pleas, Orphans’ Court Division, Clearfield County, sustaining preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer filed by the Estate of Betty T. Thompson, Deceased, (estate) to the appeal from the decision of the Register of Wills admitting to probate the Will of Betty T. Thompson (decedent). The lower court also dismissed appellant’s appeal to the Orphans’ Court.
