STATEMENT OF THE CASE
REYNOLDS, J.
This is a suit by Mrs. Opal Goldsby, widow of Lawton Goldsby, deceased, in her own behalf and as natural tutrix of her minor child, Ralph Goldsby, issue of her marriage with Lawton Goldsby, deceased, to recover damages in the sum of $10,000.00 for herself and $10,000.00 for said minor, from the defendant, John W.
