Error to the Circuit Court for the Southern District of Mississippi; the case being thus : ■ The Phoenix Insurance Company of Hartford insured goods owned by,one Slaughter, in a certain storehouse described in the policy. The policy was on one side of a sheet of paper sixteen inches long by ten wide; the upp.er seven being left blank for the name.of the person insured, and a description in writing of the property insured.

If the clause of the policy out of which the difference of opinion between the parties to this suit arises, were detached from other parts of the instrument, there might be some question as to its proper grammatical construction. But such is not the ease. It is the last clause in, the fourth subdivision of the conditions embraced in the body of the policy, and in this subdivision a number of causes are set forth which shall operate to avoid the policy.
