West Virginia Supreme Court

This case is before us pursuant to an appeal by Sonja B. 1 , a juvenile who was transferred to adult jurisdiction. The ap pellant contends that the court below erred in finding that there was probable cause to believe that she committed an offense which would be a felony if committed by an adult, and in determining that there was clear and convincing proof that transfer was warranted given her mental and physical condition, maturity, emotional attitude, home or family environment, school experience and similar personal factors. We agree.
