On October 19, 1964, Ella Alter entered into a contract with Roy Baum for her maintenance for life at Anna Baum Home in Geneva, Illinois. The contract provided for payment of $10,000 to Roy L. Baum as proprietor of said home at or before her entering said home as a permanent guest. The contract further provided that she would execute a will, leaving her entire estate, other than a specific devise of some,chattel property, to Roy Baum.
