This disciplinary matter is before the Court on a Petition for Voluntary Discipline filed by Respondent Michael L. Terrell (State Bar No. 143179) pursuant to Bar Rule 4-227 (b) (2) before a formal complaint was issued. In his petition, Terrell admits violating Rules 1.4,1.15 (I) and 1.15 (II) of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct set forth in Bar Rule 4-102 (d). Although a violation of Rule 1.15 is punishable by disbarment, Terrell requests the imposition of a Review Panel reprimand, but agrees to accept a suspension of up to 12 months.
