McDonald, Judge.

This is a conviction for the felony offense of driving while intoxicated, as defined in Art. 802b, Vernon’s Ann.P.C., with punishment assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one and one-half years.

The state’s testimony shows that on the date alleged, appellant was seen driving her 1950 Buick automobile at an unlawful rate of speed, over the center line in the lane of traffic coming from the opposite direction on Second Avenue, a public street in the city of Dallas; that a patrolman with the Dallas police department, upon observing the incident, stopped the automobile,…
